All the stationery in my shop is drawn from my own holster. Sharing my illustration toolbox with you, these items are my personal favourites, go-tos for myriad illustration and lettering jobs.
 
This beautiful Platinum is a 'fudenosuke' or brush pen. It has a flexible brush tip, which with pressure creates a wide gamut of line widths from super-fine to CHODDY! Another one to consider as your travel pen if you only want to pack one (which is a sceanrio I cannot imagine, frankly).

This pen has several gifts:

- It's beautiful. Shiny black body with bright gold blossoms and kanji, and the lid has a transparent pocket grip filled with fine gold glitter.

- Water-resistent when dry, but it can be worked into with water while still wet or freshly applied for washes and greys. 
 
- No bleeding or feathering (though you may get some if your paper is very thin, rough or home-made).

- Fadeproof.

- A multi-tasker: does it all, fine lines, choddy lines, illustration and lettering.

- Refillable. Although the can't be replaced, this pen uses cartridges (also available in the shop).
