In 2019 I worked with the team at Diamine, whose packaging I'd been designing since their 150th anniversary inks, to create the world's first inknovative advent calendar that contained only ink, and it sold out almost immediately. It's returned for a fifth year - in dashing black, silver and gold this time, with 25 brand new inks.

Behind every door is a 12ml bottle of ink, a different colour for every day. Some are sheening inks, some are metallic, some shimmer, some standard and the wonder of scented and chameleon inks. This year, those are joined by Extreme Sheens and Star Brights. I have seen a few with my own eyeballs, and they are exquisite.
 
And unlike other advent calendars which always end on 24th, this one includes a larger bottle of ink specially for Christmas Day.
