Attributed to Freddie Mercury, I chose this line for the 7th Inkvent which uses ‘Lemon & Lime’ ink - a suitably raucous, fruity and changeable, very fabulous ink. I didn’t see this working in a fountain pen so I dobbed it on with cotton buds (Q-tips in America!) - it only really comes into its own full fabulousness when applied thick; all those blush-pink shimmering particles leap to the front. 

Whether he said it or not, it’s right isn’t it? 💚
 
These original, one-off ink pieces of art were created on a daily basis from my Inkvent Calendar in December 2024, a countdown to Christmas containing 25 newly-created coloured inks found behind every window. Each piece is signed, dated and embossed.

A portion of all proceeds from the sale of these pieces is donated to The Trussell Trust, the UK's food bank network.

Please note I no longer offer prints of these pieces, only originals. This is because they increasingly have special metallic or otherwordly finishes that can't be reproduced as well as I'd like in print. However, if you really want one of a particular piece, you can ask me for a custom order.
